Chicago Metallic’s square and rectangular pans are folded at the ends, to provide a triple thick layer at the corners, to reinforce the rim, increase strength and resist warping.

The lips of the pans are also reinforced with a sturdy steel rod, which is curled inside the rim, to provide additional strength and warp-resistance.

Size: 27cm x 35cm (10.6″ x 13.8″).

RECIPE IDEAS: TEA CAKE PAN Swedish Teacakes Dough 1 stick butter 1 3 oz. package cream cheese 1 cup flour Lightly spray teacake cups with non-stick vegetable oil coating. Mix together filling ingredients. Fill teacake cups 2/3 full with filling. Mix dough ingredients, form 1/2″ balls, then flatten dough and place on top of filling in teacake cup. (Be sure dough covers filling; if not, adjust size.) Bake at 325° (165ºC) for 25 minutes; check dough for doneness. Let cool completely, may need to run a plastic knife or spatula to loosen each teacake. Fill top with whip cream and serve.
